Highway 22 (Hebrew: כביש 22‎) is a partially built suburban freeway in the Haifa metropolitan area. The freeway is currently 4 km long, connecting downtown Haifa with the city's northern exit to the Krayot area.

When completed, the freeway will be 17 km long, bypassing the Krayot and providing an alternative route to Highway 4. Also, some of the existing interchanges will be improved to connect to the Carmel Tunnels and to provide a direct connection to Highway 75.
